Job Summary

This role is crucial in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment while assisting clients and staff with various inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing actionable items in system queues.
• Communicating with internal clients, including :
• Providing status updates.
• Answering questions and clarifications.
• Offering updates and insights on initiatives.
• Conducting quality control.
• Attending team and client meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of Customer service / Administrative work experience
• Microsoft Office
• Basic project management skills.
• The ability to quickly learn operational processes and associated systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Alteryx and other automation tools is a plus.

Soft-Skills :

• Excellent oral and written communications skills and strong interpersonal / client servicing skills
• Ability to manage concurrent assignments in an effective, efficient and organize manner
• Ability to work independently within a team environment
• Strong analytical, problem solving and proven decision-making skills (think outside the box - assess the situation, revisit not scared of asking for help)
