Job Title: Income Tracking
Duration: 05/19/2025 to 08/29/2025 (Potential to extend)
Location: Santa Monica , CA 90404
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.55 hourly on W2
JOB SUMMARY
Duties:
- Maintaining an up-to-date tracking record for all third-party licensing including updating the tracking system of terms and releases dates.
- Assist in finding and downloading royalty statements from third-party labels as related to our licenses.
- Reconcile the deal tracking record to identify outstanding payments.
- Interface and communicate both internally and externally to collect unpaid monies.
- Maintain and organize files including all relevant correspondence
- Maintain relevant files in the computer-based licensing system
Skills:
- Must be able to work under time constraints.
- Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to assess and analyze opportunities and issues.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Possess excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
- Interest in process improvement and automation.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office 365.
Education:
- BA degree required.
