What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Administrator II position at Signature Consultants?
3-5 years change management and strategic communications experience required Experience with Procurement operations, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Supplier Data Management, Strategic Sourcing, Source to Contract, and 3rd party risk management required Experience delivering change management initiatives for AI related and automated experiences Able to work from the San Diego office as needed Experience with Coupa, Aravo platforms preferred Experience producing digital content (infographics, video editing) for internal and external websites Proficient in communications and training content authoring systems such as Sharepoint, ServiceNow, LumApps, Degreed, and Loom Proficient in collaboration and productivity systems such as G & MS Application and Slack Experience leading complex programs of work with multiple stakeholders / partners Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other quantitative discipline preferred. Culturally aware; experience communicating with a global audience Experience working in the High-Tech or Financial Services sector preferred
