What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. IT Business Analyst position at Signature Consultants?
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
* Perform analysis on business and technical requirements provided.
* Facilitate the session(s) to gather all requirements/create the user stories.
* Document confirmed requirements/work with Product Owner on User Stories.
* Provide clarifications and support to project team during design, development and testing phases
* Understands Software Development Life Cycle and can effectively perform BA tasks for each of the project phases.
* Elicits requirements and analyzes feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve the expected business outcomes.
* Supports various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with the business requirements.
* Develops informative, coherent, and usable project documents (project artifacts) for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
* Applies depth of domain & functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive the expected business value.
* Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
* Become SME and provide support during various phases of Testing and Post-Production validation.
* Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
* Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
* Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
* Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
