We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Operations Manager to join our team at Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC. This role will be responsible for managing operations associates and ensuring that account openings, maintenance, and client requests are met in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a team of operation associates
- Maintain relationships with account custodians (Schwab/Fidelity etc.)
- Be a reliable point of contact when complex account/client service issues arise
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required: Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Human Resource Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint).
- Certificates, licenses and registrations required: Preferred Series 65/66, 24
