Position Overview:

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring patients understand their treatment plans, utilizing advanced dental technology, and facilitating seamless communication between patients and the dental team.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and addressing their needs professionally and empathetically.
- Answer phone calls, triage concerns, and efficiently handle patient inquiries and requests.
- Discuss treatment plans, insurance coverage, and patient balances clearly to ensure patients are well-informed about their options.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule to optimize efficiency and patient flow.
- Ensure all hygiene patients are scheduled for follow-up appointments before leaving the office.
- Monitor continuing care and overdue treatment lists, promptly contacting patients once preauthorization is received from insurance.
Payment Handling:
- Determine patient co-pays, deductibles, and other expenses before appointments and document them accurately.
- Accept and process payments made in person, by mail, or over the phone.
- Present and discuss payment options with patients, including third-party financing solutions, in accordance with practice policies.
Pre-Appointment Preparation:
- Ensure all necessary radiographs, lab cases, paperwork, and additional documentation are updated and complete before patient appointments.
- Confirm that required medical clearances are received prior to scheduled procedures.
- Verify and update insurance information for all patients before their appointments.
Administrative Support:
- Manage patient records and send requested documents as needed.
- Check in lab cases and maintain accurate appointment documentation.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the office manager or dental team.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft software is required.
- Strong phone and scheduling skills.
- A minimum of two years of dental experience is preferred.
- Dental insurance knowledge is required.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Monday and Wednesday: 8:15 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday: 8:15 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
