Our Medical Records Nurses (LPN) ensure that our residents’ records are in accordance with facility policies and with state and federal regulations.
How you Will make a Difference:In this role, you will also have the opportunity to serve as the designated Compliance Liaison for the facility.
What you Need to make a Difference:- Active nursing license (LPN).
- Minimum of two years (2) experience in a health care facility required; Skilled nursing facility or other long-term care setting with Medical Records/Health Information Management experience is preferred.
