Overview
Our Medical Records Nurses (LPN) ensure that our residents’ records are in accordance with facility policies and with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to serve as the designated Compliance Liaison for the facility.
Qualifications
- Active nursing license (LPN).
- Minimum of two years (2) experience in a health care facility required; Skilled nursing facility or other long-term care setting with Medical Records / Health Information Management experience is preferred.
