Under the general supervision of the Manager and the technical guidance of a Team Leader performs a variety of clerical duties and procedures in response to inquiries from patients, third parties, hospital departments and others regarding the status of patients' accounts, including collecting patient payments. Previous experience working with Health Insurances. Shares a common understanding of team concepts and objectives and works to achieve team and department goals. Accurate typing and a working familiarity with PC applications. High school diploma or equivalent required. Post high school education is preferred.
