OBJECTIVE
To help homeowners in our community by providing solutions for their HVAC issues and concerns. To improve production and profitability by the Nexstar sales process, from start to finish. Estimates will be hand delivered while on site, making sure that all estimates are performed within 24 hrs. Work is to be bid using the most current proposal tool, making sure that every system is bid per the company guidelines. They will be responsible for clearly defining the work scope to the install crews and support coordinators each day to ensure that the customer receives the product they are expecting and that the crews have all they need to do the jobs safely and efficiently. Estimators closure rates will be tracked by lead types and leads will be distributed based upon current closure rates.
REQUIREMENTS
Hours
- 50 hrs. per week
- 8:00 – 5:00
- ½ hr lunch
- Overtime as required
- Afterhours and weekend work as required

- Annual Review- Your annual performance review will be given around the time of your anniversary of employment and it will address your overall employment performance as well as your performance in this position.
