Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled HR and Payroll Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations, including payroll administration, recruitment, employee relations, benefits management, and compliance. This individual will work closely with leadership and employees to maintain an effective and compliant HR system that supports the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration:
    • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees in UKG Pro, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Maintain payroll records, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
    • Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • HR Operations:
    • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and workplace concerns.
    • Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations when necessary.
  • Benefits and Compensation:
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure compensation strategies are competitive within the industry.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
    • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, including tax filings and other compliance documents.
    • Conduct regular audits of HR and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, Payroll Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency with UKG Pro, Onboarding, and Recruiting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
