Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and project management, with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead project management initiatives related to business development efforts, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
