Metasploit Malware Architect

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metasploit Malware Architect to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging Metasploit, Nessus, SonarQube, and Mobile Application Security Testing (MAST) tools to design, implement, and test robust security measures across various platforms. This position requires deep technical expertise in malware analysis, penetration testing, and mobile app security.
Key Responsibilities:
Malware Analysis & Exploitation:
- Utilize Metasploit Framework to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in network infrastructure, applications, and mobile devices.
- Perform advanced malware analysis and reverse engineering to understand attack methods and create effective defense strategies.
- Perform static and dynamic security assessments of mobile applications to identify vulnerabilities.
- Conduct security testing for both iOS and Android applications, focusing on areas like data protection, authentication, and network communication.
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments using Nessus to identify weaknesses in systems and networks
- Develop and maintain custom Metasploit modules to simulate attack scenarios and test network security resilience.
Experience:
10-15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on penetration testing, malware analysis, and application security.
- Strong experience with Metasploit, including the development of custom modules for exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Expertise in Nessus for vulnerability scanning and management.
- Deep understanding of SonarQube for code analysis and secure code development practices.
- Proven experience in Mobile Application Security Testing (MAST), including testing for iOS and Android platforms.
Certifications (Preferred):
- GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT)
- Must have Mobile Application Security Tester (MAST)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
