Job Description:

• A tech-savvy principal consultant who has been in the BFSI sector and brings in thought leadership in Strategy definition, Blueprint creation engaging senior leadership in client organization
• Should have managed/overseen data projects understanding the complexities involved in Integration of host of applications
• Experience in thinking big picture, context and, important aspects of the ask without getting bogged down in details, adept in story telling using data points across threads
• Must have data background, should be able to bring the right mix of business acumen with technical skills and know-how
• Implementation experience across large banks and financial institutions, managing expectations of multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience in any of the cloud environments - AWS, Azure or GCP (GCP preferred)
• Should be adept in Data Warehousing and Datalake concepts and associated tools and technologies
• Should have good experience in Data Governance space in Banking
• Overall 16-20 years of IT experience much of it should have been in Banking industry and in Data space
• Should have been in a Leadership role interacting with senior Data leaders

• Look for Data Strategy definition or Data platform assessment, Architecture blueprint etc. in the candidates resume. This states that the candidate has worked on Strategy definition initiatives which will typically involve senior stakeholders from the client organization

• Elaborating on the Data Governance point mentioned below, look for any of the following:

o Compliance or Regulatory Reporting

o Data Governance initiatives on metadata management, Master Data etc.
