We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Property Management Division. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, association management, and/or bookkeeping, as well as excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the property management division's tasks, including communicating and collaborating amongst managers, owners, and vendors to ensure all aspects of property management tasks are completed accurately and timely.
