The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Utilize effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty with existing and prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all agreements are fair and profitable for both parties.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop and implement strategies to grow sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive and knowledgeable about the latest technologies and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that sales efforts align with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and competitors to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the technology or market sales sectors.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Experience with account management and outside sales.
