What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Signature Services?
Fast growing self-storage company seeking to fill a part-time maintenance position. We are looking for positive upbeat individual. Day to day activities will include office help, Cleaning units, upkeeping the facility grounds (blowing, trimming plants, picking up trash, ect). Some experience recommend but not required, will train the right person.
Qualified candidate will have the following:
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Detail oriented person
Punctual individual
Need person with reliable transportation and good driving record for travel to bank etc.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
