Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Phone Room - Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, providing the opportunity to earn additional income based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product/service inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, sales goals, and call metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service processes.
- Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service or sales experience in a phone-based environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
