Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and managing accounts within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, enabling them to build lasting relationships with clients while effectively upselling products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage territory by identifying potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or direct sales environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience in territory management and account management is a plus.
• Familiarity with product demos and upselling techniques is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in inside sales or sales management is an advantage but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $2,000.00 per week

Compensation Package:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
