Soldering Assembler (LED LIGHTING)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various soldering techniques and a strong understanding of electronic components. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, as you will be responsible for assembling and soldering electronic parts according to specifications.

Duties

• Perform soldering tasks on electronic components using hand tools and power tools.
• Assemble surface mount technology (SMT) components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following schematics.
• Conduct electrical wiring and ensure proper connections between components.
• Utilize IPC 610 standards to maintain quality control during the soldering process.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues related to solder joints or component placement.
• Use an ohmmeter to test electrical connections and ensure functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Sand, route, and clean parts prior to and after soldering.
• Test parts for defects
• Assemble parts into larger assemblies with wire harnessing
• All other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in soldering techniques with a focus on surface mount technology.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring, hand tools, and power tools used in assembly processes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
• Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly quality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
