Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our caring team at Signature Smiles Dental. This role is vital in supporting our mission by managing HR functions that enhance employee relations and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Located in a welcoming environment, you will play a key role in ensuring our staff is well-supported and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Hiring Process: Manage the full cycle of recruitment and hiring, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
- Benefits Management: Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee perks. Serve as the point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
- Recruiting Management: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for all positions within Signature Smiles. Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters and sourcing channels.
- Dental Insurance Management: Manage the complete dental insurance credentialing and re-credentialing process for all providers, ensuring timely submissions and approvals with various insurance carriers. Assist with negotiating and maintaining provider contracts with insurance networks.
- Professional Licenses for Providers: Manage the tracking and renewal process for all professional licenses and certifications required for our dental providers, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Offices Audits & Support: Conduct regular audits of office HR practices to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws. Provide HR support and guidance to office managers and staff on HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends, best practices, and changes in employment law.
- Prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources or related field.
- Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.
