What are the responsibilities and job description for the eCommerce Specialist position at SIGNATURE SOLAR LLC?
Signature Solar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Specialist to create and optimize product kits and bundles across our ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, organization, and competitive positioning of product kits and bundles while supporting new product launches and promotions. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail, as well as collaboration with procurement, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
A successful candidate must be able to:
- Create and manage kit & bundle configurations, descriptions and specifications.
- Ensure kit & bundle details (such as dimensions, weights, and backend data) are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the launch of new kits, bundles, and promotions, ensuring all listings are complete and accurate.
- Maintain and organize the kits and bundles, ensuring proper placement and categorization of products.
- Work with procurement to track kit & bundle inventory levels and manage backorder status.
- Design, build, and maintain product kits and bundles, ensuring they are structured to meet demand and are up to date.
- Monitor competitors and adjust kit & bundle listings to stay competitive in the market.
- Other duties as assigned.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Understanding of digital product configuration & placement
- Knowledge of ecommerce systems (example: Big Commerce, Shopify, Adobe)
- Graphics creation working knowledge
- Strong written & verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Attention to detail
- NetSuite knowledge a plus
Qualifications:

1 year of experience in eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or equivalent.
or - 1 experience with solar components/products
