Inside Sales Associate

As an Inside Sales Representative at Signature Solar, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our reach in the rapidly growing renewable energy market. We're looking for a motivated closer to engage with residential customers, educate them on the benefits of solar storage/generation, and turn leads into sales. Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to leads and potential customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups

• Present and sell solar energy solutions, addressing customer needs and objections

• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive team environment

• Stay informed on solar products, industry trends, and financing options

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a high-performance environment

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and a drive to succeed

• Ability to build rapport with customers and tailor solutions to their needs

• Experience in solar or renewable energy sales is a plus but not required

Education and Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Certification in solar energy or related fields is advantageous.

Working Conditions

This role may require flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer schedules and events - currently 8am-7pm Mon-Fri. shifts broken into 8hr increments (8-5, 9-6, 10-7), monthly Saturday shift requirement (9am-2pm).
