By leveraging market insights and innovative strategies, the Senior Business Development Manager helps to expand the company’s reach and drive sustainable revenue growth.
A successful candidate must be able to:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to enhance revenue growth and market expansion for renewable energy contract manufacturing.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business development plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the company's manufacturing presence in the United States.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, products, and other departments to ensure that business development efforts align with company goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitors.
- Engage in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and establish professional relationships.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience (5 years) in business development, or a related field, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficient in conducting market research, performing competitor analysis, and developing strategies for business collaboration.
- Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, along with effective mentoring and teamwork skills.
- Possesses exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience with CRM software and business development tools.
- 5 years of experience in business development of renewable energy, solar, or power generation sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
