Client Services Associate Responsibilities:
- Offer unique product and service plans tailored to specific customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide expert guidance on our products and services, helping customers find solutions to assist the sales team during the closing process.
- Attend weekly campaign development meetings with all Client Services Associates.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify sales opportunities and work towards achieving sales goals and targets.
Client Services Associate Requirements:
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales or customer relations is preferred.
- Superb communication skills and the ability to engage with people from all backgrounds.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Ensuring every customer’s needs are prioritized and efficiently addressed.

Pay: $750.00 - $1,250.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
