Senior Project Engineer - Civil
Starting salary $100,0000
- Design multi-acre retail, commercial, industrial and / or residential development including due diligence, permitting and limited contract administration
- Research, understand, and apply City, State, and Federal codes
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawing, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
- Prepare proposals for technical engineering portions of project
- Estimate project costs, including materials, equipment, and labor
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and PA Profession Engineer's License (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
- Minimum of 10 years' experience with progression to similar position
- Experience with subdivision and land development projects
- Experience with design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and Hydrologic / Hydraulic design software)
- Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated background in plan production and project execution
