About the Role
The Operations Assistant at Signature Wealth is an integral part of our operations team. As a key player to our team, this person will be fully in office and provide administrative support to our team and our clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. A day in the life of the Operations Assistant may include:
- Working with other operations team members on company reporting which may included financial reporting, data entry, budgeting, and report generation.
- Assisting with overseeing all marketing related efforts including working with our marketing consultants to produce client deliverables and Signature correspondence and managing Signature’s social media pages, quarterly and monthly newsletters, and all client related events.
- Managing appointment scheduling for client meetings and personal activities of our executives and partner owners.
- Assisting with internal event planning, office inventory management, and assist with other projects as needed.
- Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team member efficiently and professionally.
- Assisting across departments to ensure compliance and licensing efforts are smoothly managed by generating reports, renewing certifications, and submitting documentation for approval.
- Participating in team meetings and continuous learning opportunities to stay aligned with firm goals and best practices.
About You

The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- Have 2 year of operational administrative experience in a professional office setting.
- Have Quickbooks experience, preferred.
- Have social media management experience, required.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be highly organized, with keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Value collaboration and is eager to contribute to a dynamic and inclusive culture.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $46,000 to $55,000 per year based on experience, plus the opportunity for performance-based bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
