Signature Window & Door Replacement is Hiring: Installation & Service Coordinator
Location: Kent, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Are you a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a knack for organization and problem-solving? Signature Window & Door Replacement is looking for a dynamic Installation & Service Coordinator to join our team! This is a key role that will allow you to make a tangible impact on our day-to-day operations and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
While construction industry experience is a plus, we are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to learn.
What You'll Do:
1. Scheduling Installations
- Keep the installation schedule running smoothly and efficiently
- Contact customers via phone, text, and email to update them on the status of their projects
- Coordinate installation dates between customers and installers
- Log all relevant information and notes into our CRM system
2. Manage Service and Warranty Requests
- Order service parts as needed
- Create and assign Service Request Forms (SRFs) to the appropriate teams
- Answer incoming calls from customers and vendors, providing solutions and support
- Submit service and warranty requests for customers
- Conduct service inspections when required—identify defects, take photos for documentation
- Keep customers informed about the status of their service requests via phone, text, and email
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
3. Shipment Tracking
- Monitor scheduled shipments and incoming truck deliveries to ensure timely arrivals
4. Additional Duties
- Assist with setting up and tearing down home show displays ( usually 4 per year)
- Pitch in with office and warehouse duties as needed to support the team
