About job :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the planning and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings. You will work closely with the Event Coordinator, vendors, and clients to ensure that every aspect of the event is meticulously organized and executed smoothly.
Salary Range :
1100 - $1450 per week

Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals.
- Maintain budgets and keep track of expenses related to each event.
- Assist with the development and distribution of event marketing materials.
- Help conduct site visits and provide recommendations based on client needs and expectations.
