About job :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning and execution of various events, ranging from corporate gatherings and seminars to social events and large public celebrations. Working closely with the Event Coordinator and other team members, you will assist in managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring that every aspect of the event runs smoothly.
Salary Range : $21.00 - $31.00 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with vendors, including catering, entertainment, and venue management.
- Help develop event schedules and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Support the marketing team in promoting events through various channels.
- Prepare event documentation, including proposals, contracts, and budgets.
- Manage on-site logistics during events, including set-up and breakdown.
