We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative in the Architecture & Planning industry.
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and building positive relationships with clients.
Salary Range : $16.50 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing accurate and efficient information to clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer client questions and provide guidance.
- Update and manage client accounts using our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
