About job :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate data management and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to input, verify, and maintain information in our database while addressing customer inquiries and facilitating communication between departments.
Salary Range : $18.50 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Enter and update customer data accurately in the database in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy
- Verify accuracy of data entries and conduct regular audits on the database
- Assist in the development and improvement of data entry processes
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
