Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with general office administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Handle mail and package distribution promptly and accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
