Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day task support for Marketing Associate and Manager.
- Responsible for timely completion of Acord application requests on new business.
- Responsible for assisting with quoting small lines of business, management liability.
- As experience grows, quoting small business independently.
- Utilize carrier online rating platforms where applicable.
- Work with marketing associate to determine completeness and accuracy of new business submissions.
- As experience grows, checking Acord requests and submissions for completeness and accuracy independently.
- Continuous, clear, and professional verbal and written communication is necessary with team members and carriers. Other similar tasks, as assigned.
- Responsible for learning, understanding and adhering to our internal timelines, protocols and workflows.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a similar position at a P&C agency
- P&C License preferred. Must obtain after hired if not currently licensed
- Prior experience working within an Agency Management System, preferably EPIC
