About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Property Casualty Broker Supervisor to join our team at Signers National. You will also support the creation, oversight, and reporting on the metric-based Lamb Quoting System, and analyze market trends and carrier capabilities to identify opportunities and risks.

Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Property & Casualty Broker. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required. Key skills include deep understanding of insurance coverages, excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and effective leadership and team management abilities.
