Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales compensation process for multiple entities including calculations, reporting and sales team support.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting processes through various analytics and financial presentations.
• Develop and maintain financials models to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist Managing Director with yearly budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support Senior Leadership team with data-driven analysis.
• Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3-7 years’ experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, investment banking, corporate backgrounds.
• High level command of Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, charts etc.) & PowerPoint.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to work with an emphasis on creating efficiencies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ERP system & FP&A tool experience a plus.
• Insurance Industry a plus.
