- Lead the sales compensation process for multiple entities including calculations, reporting and sales team support.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting processes through various analytics and financial presentations.
- Develop and maintain financials models to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist Managing Director with yearly budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support Senior Leadership team with data-driven analysis.
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3-7 years’ experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, investment banking, corporate backgrounds.
- High level command of Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, charts etc.) & PowerPoint.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to work with an emphasis on creating efficiencies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- ERP system & FP&A tool experience a plus.
- Insurance Industry a plus.
