Signet Health is actively seeking an Oregon licensed Social Worker (LCSW).
The Social Worker will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient and family/caregiver needs with respect to the patient's psychosocial health. Provides individual, family, and/or group therapy. Creates and supervises an interdisciplinary rehabilitation plan.
For this position, the hospital offers a competitive compensation package with a starting salary range of $71,000 - $95,867, depending on experience.

Requirements/Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
- Current Oregon Licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or working towards obtaining Oregon Licensure
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field of Social Work, Behavioral Health or related field
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
- SAFE class or organization approved workplace violence training or obtain within six (6) months of hire which must be obtained by the last day of the month after the six (6) month grace period
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing demands.
- Knowledge of community resources and how to access
- Able to integrate care from a variety of sources to meet patient's needs
