Description
The Leasing Manager serves as the first contact for current and prospective residents. The primary responsibilities include handling phone and walk-in traffic, generating lease documents, signing and closing leases, touring the community and creating meaningful engagements through social media and other marketing initiatives. The Leasing Manager may also assist with creating and implementing resident events, maintaining positive resident relations, and participating in the annual property turnover. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality with a strong commitment to serving our prospective and current residents.
Responsibilities
- Phone and in-person sales to prospective residents and renewals
- Maintain lease file paperwork and complete regular lease audits
- Commitment to curb appeal standards, with a great eye for detail
- Complete regular market survey
- Assist with online Social Media presence and marketing ads
- Must be familiar with Facebook and Instagram
- As directed, implement initiatives of the marketing and leasing plan
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years of apartment, hospitality or sales experience preferred
- Outgoing personality and enthusiasm for sales and marketing
- Thorough knowledge of social media account management and marketing options
- Microsoft office experience required
- Rent Manager experience preferred
- Passion for customer service
