Signet Real Estate Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations and drive occupancy, NOI, and tenant satisfaction. This role requires a proactive leader with a customer-focused mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across leasing, resident retention, maintenance, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
Leasing and Resident Relations :
Market and advertise available units through online platforms, social media, and other channels.
Conduct property tours, manage lead follow-ups, and lease to qualified tenants.
Foster strong relationships with residents by resolving complaints, managing service requests, and enforcing rental agreements.
Financial Performance :
Prepare and analyze monthly budget variance reports to ensure financial goals are met.
Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
Manage rent roll and ensure timely rent collection.
Property Maintenance :
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure optimal appearance and functionality.
Schedule and oversee maintenance work orders and emergency repairs in coordination with the maintenance team.
Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality services.
Leadership :
Lead and motivate a team to maintain a collaborative and team-first environment.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; high school diploma required.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a residential property manager.
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to resident satisfaction.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team while working collaboratively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal housing regulations.
