Primary Responsibilities :
- Field Operations Management : Support day-to-day field services operations, including supervising inspectors and technicians. Ensure safety, performance standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and train field staff, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
- Administrative Duties : Manage technical report preparation, approve expenses, review weekly timecards, enforce policies, and oversee daily dispatches for efficient assignment of personnel.
- Policy Development : Develop and implement policies and procedures for the technical and administrative functions within the field services and laboratory departments.
- Project Coordination : Plan, monitor, and execute field activities, collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project completion. Identify and address safety, quality, and staffing issues.
- Staff Recruitment and Retention : Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of field personnel. Support staff development and ensure compliance with training and safety certifications.
- Quality Control : Monitor and maintain high standards for field testing and inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards (ASTM, ACI), and regulatory requirements.
- Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding field activities, ensuring clear communication and resolution of concerns.
