As a Cafeteria Attendant, you would be responsible for providing food and beverage service to team members in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Welcome and talk with team members/guests in order to create a friendly atmosphere and describe and/ or answer questions about menu items. Observe and ask guests about their needs and levels of satisfaction with the food or service.
- Be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary supplies from kitchen to set up cafeteria during schedule hours of service. % Perform all clean up duties such as sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down tables, cleaning salad bar, etc.
- Set up and maintain food line and salad bar as needed on a timely basis.
- Perform pre-meal and post-meal side work such as salad bar prep, dessert prep, etc.
