We are seeking a Fund Balance with Treasury IT Analyst to join our program with the US Army. Work will be performed on a hybrid basis with onsite work expected two days per week in Tysons Corner and Arlington VA. The focus will be on the in-scope Army information systems and Service Provider systems/processes relevant to Army's strategic goal of obtaining an audit opinion.
Specific tasks would include:
1. Capturing the factors (e.g., risk and controls, cycle memos, IT dependent and automated controls, inherited controls) and cross teaming (e.g., financial, data, internal, external teams) involved to support Army's downgrade efforts over business processes.
2. Evaluate test plans (Test of Design and Test of Effectiveness) to evaluate the ITGCs and ITACs.
3. Evaluate SOC 1 Type 2 reports including CSOCs and CUECs.
4. Develop corrective actions to mitigate identified gaps.
Required Skills & Experience
- Active Secret security clearance (interim OK)
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management or CPA or CISA or PMP or CGFM or CDFM
- 4 years of experience with federal financial management
- 2 years of federal accounting experience
- ITGC, ITAC, IPE testing and evaluation experience

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
