We are seeking an individual with the ability to supervise a team of five or more, managing multiple workstreams effectively. The ideal candidate will oversee all deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness, manage and track all action items, and review project plans weekly to make necessary updates based on progress or shifts in priorities. Additionally, they will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues and conflicts that arise with team performance. The role also involves working with the Director to backfill any team absences to mitigate gaps in service and communicating frequently to ensure the team has a clear understanding of work expectations.
Requirements
- Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in accounting, economics, finance, business administration, public administration, and/or computer science
- Proven ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams of 5-10 professionals
- 8 yrs of project management experience, included but not limited to: program management, accounting workstreams with 2-3 years supporting the Navy or another Military Service
- Strong knowledge of Navy operations, Real Estate Execution Life Cycle, and strategic planning methodologies -1-2 years experience working in/with Real Estate project management systems and data as required for risk identification and reporting
- Experience in developing strategic consulting approaches tailored federal clients
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments across different federal agencies
- Must live in National Capital Region, be able to be on-site at WNY multiple times a week
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
