We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive experience in the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI). The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing technical expertise, system optimization, and strategic guidance to support our operations and ensure mission-critical processes run seamlessly. This role requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of Oracle applications, DAI implementation, and federal financial management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of expertise for Oracle applications and DAI, ensuring alignment with client requirements and operational goals.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to DAI implementation, configuration, and integration.
- Develop, document, and enforce best practices for Oracle application support within a DAI environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance system performance.
- Provide hands-on support and training to users, ensuring effective utilization of Oracle and DAI systems.
- Design and implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to meet changing business needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including audit readiness and reporting requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and system user guides.
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 8 of experience working with Oracle applications, specifically within a DAI framework.
- Proven track record in supporting DAI implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with federal financial management processes and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems, with a strong understanding of DAI modules.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database management.
- Familiarity with system integration and data migration processes.
- Understanding of federal compliance standards, including FFMIA, USSGL, and OMB Circulars.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent.
- Certifications in federal financial management or DAI-specific training programs.
