This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Customer Service Representative in Eden Prairie, MN, with ILC (Intelligent Lighting Controls) and Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
- Directly communicate with customers by phone or electronically and promptly respond to inquiries, including handling & resolving customer complaints.
- Handle escalated requests from customers and provide solutions in the best interest of the customer and ILC, present requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources.
- Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
- Process project orders by reviewing the submitted documentation to confirm all details are required to accurately ship the product.
- Maintain a working technical knowledge of ILC products, including legacy products.
- Mentor and train entry-level Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to fulfill their responsibilities.
