About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for hanging parts on the paint line, unloading conveyor belts, and segregating parts as required. You will also inspect all painted parts for quality and finish, following all quality procedures. Additionally, you will perform paint line prep work, mixing paints and powders to specifications, and painting all parts as required. Your attention to detail and ability to work safely will ensure the highest level of quality in our products.
About You
We are looking for individuals who possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have the ability to read and speak English. You should be physically able to lift materials weighing at least 40 pounds and stand, bend, and lift parts above your head for extended periods. Previous experience in spray painting in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Working Conditions
This position is located in Littlestown, PA, and requires working hours from 5am to 3pm, Monday through Thursday. We offer a competitive rate of $18.38 per hour and a union environment that fosters a positive and supportive workplace culture.
