AI Researcher & Scientist
Location: San Jose (Onsite 5 days a week)
Base Salary Range: $220,000-$400,000 RSU 20% Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance AI foundation models and intelligent AI agents.
- Conduct research to improve AI safety, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Contribute to the integration of AI safety principles into real-world applications.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in ML, NLP, and large-scale model training.
- Proficiency in Python or C , with experience in large-scale AI systems.
- Track record of influential research publications or contributions to AI projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to drive research advancements.
Additional Information:
- Open to both individual contributor and leadership roles.
- Candidates with post-PhD experience (3 years for research roles, 10 years for leadership roles) preferred.
