- Drive our transformation program to be become the most customer centric organization in our industry
- Support our organizations transformation by defining and deploying the processes for Customer Service and Care
- Analyze and improve current processes to enhance customer satisfaction
While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, business analytics, or a related field
- Familiarity with Lean methodology and process improvement
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient within Microsoft Office
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
