This is an exciting job opportunity for a Customer Service Representative onsite in Peachtree City, GA, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
Handle high volume incoming calls in a call center environment.
Provide prompt responses (within 24 hours) to written inquiries.
Log calls and emails; submit escalations, as needed.
Run daily reports and maintain standard work.
Provide product information regarding features, benefits, and functionality of products on a presale and post-sale basis.
Participate in cross training.

HS diploma, bachelor's degree highly preferred (open to recent college graduates), and experience in customer service or a call center environment
Well-developed analytic ability and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Knowledge of lighting products a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Salary: $28.65 to $47.74 per hour based on experience
