This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an ETO Engineer in Aurora, CO with Signify.
As an ETO Engineer your role will be to work on all aspects of custom product design. This includes reviewing and approving customer requests, designing and producing necessary CAD documents to quote or produce in-house as well as provide submittal drawings to customer for approval. All work should be done to meet or exceed customer expectations, product performance and aesthetic benchmarks as established by our Marketing and leadership teams.

Salary: $75,200 -$110,220 based on experience level
Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 5%

More About The Role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an ETO Engineer in Aurora, CO with Signify.
As an ETO Engineer your role will be to work on all aspects of custom product design. This includes reviewing and approving customer requests, designing and producing necessary CAD documents to quote or produce in-house as well as provide submittal drawings to customer for approval. All work should be done to meet or exceed customer expectations, product performance and aesthetic benchmarks as established by our Marketing and leadership teams.
- Review customer requests for feasibility and cost.
- Design custom parts and products using SolidWorks and obtain compliance certifications (UL) as needed.
- Support Customer Service, Post Sales and Operations with technical questions.
- Participate in cost savings projects and complete Engineering Change Orders to continuously improve existing products and processes.
- Actively look for and help to improve ETO team processes to provide a better customer experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or other technical field, from an accredited institution.
- 1 years of experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar.
- The willingness to work in a team and individually with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Someone who is decisive, calculating and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated for personal, professional and team growth.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
